In my practice, I am constantly being reminded of how social media is affecting our youth.

One of the questions I get asked most often from parents in my practice is “How can I stay involved in my children’s lives when we are both so busy?”.

There you are, nagging your son again to get off the computer. I’ve been there for sure. I am certain that my son could spend all day on the computer if I let him.

I found an article on Huffington Post today that I thought was brilliant. It was called “Busy Is a Sickness” by Scott Dannemiller and it described the difference between stress and busyness.
